Best Doctors
14 faculty members of UChild Health’s Children’s Heart Center were voted "The Best Doctors in America" for 2009/2010 by their peers across the country. This annual survey of Best Doctors reaches out to physicians in every field of specialty, across all fifty states and beyond to determine which individuals are considered to be the best in their specialty area. Founded in 1989 and administered by Best Doctors, Inc., this prestigious Best Doctors global database is consistently recognized by doctors and patients who seek access to the best medical care available.
Physicians who are singled out as a Best Doctor in America are more than accomplished in their field. They give of themselves by providing their peers with a unique combination of information and access to the best medical care. Best Doctors are called upon to review patients’ medical records, reaffirm or redefine the original diagnosis, and to recommend treatment protocols to the attending physician.
